Shipping Policy
Shipping is FREE on all items.
We like to keep things simple and easy—no hidden fees or surprises!
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once we confirm that your item is in stock and available for shipment, we’ll process the charges to your credit card and start preparing your order for delivery. If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email to make alternate arrangements.
Order Shipment
Canvas Tents & Accessories:
Once your order is processed, it will ship within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days.
Teepee Tents:
Each teepee is made to order. Once your order is processed, production will begin. Estimated delivery is 8–12 weeks.
Geodesic Domes & Safari Tents:
Each dome and safari tent is made to order. Once your order is processed, production will begin. Estimated delivery is 8–12 weeks.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you haven’t received confirmation within 4 business days, please contact us at info@wildrootsglamping.com.
International Orders
We are happy to ship our products internationally. Due to the variety in product sizes, we will provide an up-to-date shipping quote upon request. If you are satisfied with the shipping quote, we will process the payment through our secure online payment gateway.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery or do not accept the delivery.
If you do accept the delivery, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products and email them to info@wildrootsglamping.com. You can then visit our Returns page to log your return claim.
